Arsenal Media is implementing a project to organize payment points for mobile top ups at the offices of major shopping centers, supermarkets, movie theaters, gas stations and other locations where there is a high cash turnover and POS terminals.
For the mobile top ups service organizing Arsenal Media offers to sign agency agreement with the company to accept cash payments, with the right to use sub agents.
Project Description
The mobile companies’ subscribers can top up phones through the supermarkets’ cashiers’ desks, just calling their phone number, or by showing the number bar code and telling the payment amount. An additional advantage is the ability to transfer the change from purchase to the phone account. Binding subscriber’s phone number with discount or club cards makes trade system to remember the payment, as well as automatically transfer a discount through a discount card to the subscriber's mobile account with every purchase. The actual top-ups will be reflected in the cash receipt among other purchases or in a separate check. This approach will help to significantly increase the number of payments, and most importantly, a user average balance, which directly affect provider revenue.
